Board of Directors Meeting

April 16th 2025 - 2:00pm

Location: 715 Market St, 2nd Floor Conference Room

Welcome and Announcements:

 Call to Order

Todd Philips, Chair of the DCA, called the meeting to order. DCA Board Members attending in person were Adam Kinsey, Susan Harris, Sam Berry, Gordon Temple and Tom Marshall. Attending virtually were Kelly Fitzgerald and Captain Montgomery. Also, in attendance was DCA Executive Director, Steve Brookes, and Kelly Allen with Q Strategies.

1.     Approval of Minutes

The minutes from the February 12th 2024 Executive Committee meeting were approved.

2.     DCA Business

No new DCA Business.

3.     Finance Committee

Gordon reviewed the financials.

The reserves have been restored to their regular levels. There is a projected deficit of $99,000 but the DCA will do a bit better than that.

4.     Executive Director Update

Steve went over his director update summary, which is attached here.

The next meeting will be the third week of June and will be held via Google Meets due to summer travels.
