Welcome and Announcements:


Call to Order – Chairman, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance – Todd Phillips


Review of the State of Tennessee’s requirements to give an Assessment waiver


Review of Reduced or Waived DCA Applications - Treasurer, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance – Kyle Bryant 


Board discussion of budget challenges with increased costs and what current services each organization benefits from (pressure washing, trash pick up, litter control, beautification, etc.), as well as budget review as submitted by the organizations, and if hardship requirements are met.

Finance Committee Discussion & Recommendation – Treasurer, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance – Kyle Bryant


  • Discussion & Recommendation to Board

  • The YMCA – committee recommends 30% of total

  • United Way – committee recommends 20% of total



Approval of Finance Committee Minutes from February 11, 2025- Chairman, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance – Todd Phillips


Motion to approve by Darrin Ledford. Second by Todd Phillips. Minutes approved.
