Olos Opens at Embassy Suites, Bringing Mediterranean Dining to Broad Street

Downtown Chattanooga has welcomed a new Mediterranean dining destination with the opening of Olos at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown. Officially celebrating its grand opening on October 7, Olos brings together a restaurant, market, and rooftop experience at 345 Broad St.

Inspired by the cuisines of Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey and beyond, Olos centers its menu on made-from-scratch dishes and carefully sourced ingredients. The restaurant emphasizes traditional Mediterranean flavors, incorporating imported ingredients where they make a difference, including Italian 00 flour used in its bread.

Beyond the dining room, Olos offers two additional ways to experience its Mediterranean-inspired concept. Olos Market allows guests to take a taste of the kitchen home with house-made breads, spreads, spices, and pickled olives. The rooftop, meanwhile, offers another setting to gather over food and drinks, with an atmosphere designed for lingering and connecting.
