FY26 Downtown Public Safety Grant

Update given by Steve Brookes: SUV purchased, credit card opened with $5,000 limit, all county budget for Homeward Bound has been used. The gate at Cooper’s Ally is moving forward once the city code agreement is finalized.

Finance Committee Update – Treasurer, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance – Gordon Stalans

DCA Finance Statement – reviewed by members.

Finance Committee Members – Discussion of new board members to join, including Sam Barry and Capt. Montgomery. Todd Phillips to reach out to the potential finance chair.

United Way & YMCA Waiver Applications – The committee discussed the overall process and the finance committee's past decisions.

Executive Directors Report

Mayor’s Downtown Shines Day scheduled for May 15 (rain day is May 16). Projects include mulch, tree wells, and painting.
